Sweets-lovers would seem to prefer ordering an even dozen of each baked treat over ordering a variably-sized $10 batch, two-to-one.

So I guess that's what we'll do!

Some new and notable items of interest as we grow into this new website:

1. Take note of the poll on the homepage...we could use your feedback!
2. Our Num-Nums Reminders will be sent out monthly, with an entire month's schedule of baked goods described, and available for order. The full description and schedule details is available at any time, via our online calendar (link at left).
3. Effective this month, anyone can place orders via our website, so a subscription to the mailing list is no longer required. Anyone is welcome to join our now-optional Reminder List, which will be sent out periodically. We will no longer be sending email to the old list, so if you want to continue to receive email alerts, please join the Reminder List by subscribing at left, or subscribe to individual events on our Calendar.
4. There are lots of fun new features coming soon, including streaming webcasts of Baking Night via Blog TV, in-town delivery service, video snippets of S&L at their wacky best, new recipes to share, and some exciting new developments we're currently keeping under wraps.
5. EDB would like to welcome Moss Crutchfield to the team! See the About the Bakers page to view all three of our bios. We'd also like to thank Bobby Jones who has assisted us immeasurably with various technical doohickeys and brainstorms as we grew and evolved this summer, and is the author of the Blog TV idea. Thanks, Bobby!
